YAY.
OH AND.
So I've finished school kinda. Still need to sit 2 exams, receive the yearbook, and go to leavers dinner and some stuff like that over the next few weeks, but mostly I'm done with high school.
Well. I had ' prizegiving ' on monday night, as they call it.
I got 1st place in senior art, 2nd in senior design, and a scholarship which is awarded to a student or two each year who show excellence in art or music and intends on studying it at uni. Looks like all those late sleepless nights and early mornings dedicated to finishing various art projects to a good quality paid off. I couldn't be happier if I'd won the frickin' lottery, there's so much talent in the arts at my very large school, and for them to label me as the top is an honour.
So I'm a happy camper. Although, it's sad to leave my much-loved high school and all the amazing people I've met there.
